Bone Marrow Metastasis of Rhabdomyosarcoma Mimicking Acute Leukemia:A Case Report

Rhabdomyosarcoma caused bone marrow metastasis cases are among the rarest reported in literature. Similar to literature, clinical presentation of our patient mimicked acute leukemia, and leukoerythroblastosis peripheral smear test cytopenia hemogram raised suspicion hematological malignancy initially.1,2 The diagnosis made by immunohistochemical staining biopsy. primary tumor field could not be detected radiological imaging, it was determined rhinoscopy evaluation performed upon patient's anosmia epistaxis complaints. Here, we a case which were diagnosed with leukemia at admission but later as that metastasized.
